Meet Heather - Your Partner in Mental Wellness
I’m Heather Bloomfield, a double board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and founder of Summit Psychiatric Services. I specialize in helping adults, teens, and older adults navigate depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and other mood concerns.
I created Summit Psychiatric Services to be a place where patients feel truly heard — not rushed. My approach combines evidence-based care with compassion, tailoring each treatment plan to your individual needs.
Appointments are available promptly — including convenient telehealth sessions so you can get care from home if you prefer. My goal is to help you reach your personal summit — whatever that means for you.
