I’m Heather Bloomfield, DNP, PMHNP-BC, a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and founder of Summit Psychiatric Services. I specialize in thoughtful, evidence-based medication management for adults and adolescents with depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and other mood-related conditions.
I created Summit Psychiatric Services as a practice where patients feel heard, respected, and never rushed. My approach is compassionate and collaborative, with treatment plans carefully tailored to your goals, symptoms, and life circumstances.
Appointments are available promptly, including convenient telehealth visits across Indiana. My mission is to help you feel more stable, confident, and in control—so you can move forward and reach your own personal summit.
